Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DatraAI's datasets, platform, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Dataset Licensing

DatraAI provides datasets under two license types:

• Non-Exclusive License: Grants you the right to use the dataset for the specified purpose. DatraAI may license the same dataset to other parties.
• Exclusive License: Grants you sole rights to the dataset for the specified period. DatraAI will not license the same dataset to other parties during the exclusivity term.

All licenses are for training machine learning models and related research and commercial purposes. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of datasets is strictly prohibited without written consent from DatraAI.

3. Permitted Use

You may use DatraAI datasets to:

• Train machine learning models, including commercial AI systems
• Conduct academic and commercial research
• Evaluate and benchmark AI systems
• Fine-tune foundation models

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use DatraAI datasets to:

• Identify or target individual workers appearing in the data
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the datasets
• Use the data in violation of applicable law
• Reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct individual identities

5. Privacy and Worker Data

All workers in DatraAI datasets have provided informed consent for data collection and use. Worker identities are anonymized. DatraAI complies with applicable data protection regulations including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

6. Payment and Delivery

Dataset purchases are processed via Stripe. Full datasets are delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation via signed download URLs valid for 72 hours. Sample packs are delivered immediately upon payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

DatraAI's liability for any claim arising from dataset use is limited to the amount paid for the specific dataset. DatraAI makes no warranties about the fitness of datasets for any particular purpose.
