3. Worker Data in Datasets
Workers whose data appears in DatraAI datasets have provided informed written consent. All worker data is processed in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA). Worker identities are anonymized before dataset delivery. Workers may withdraw consent, triggering removal of their data from future dataset releases.
4. Data Sharing
We share your information only with:
- Service providers used to host and operate the website
- Law enforcement when required by applicable law
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
